1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the destination and the product. Most furniture orders arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Custom or large items may take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. You can also check your tracking details under your account's “My Orders” section.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by location. Some oversized or specialty items may have limited availability depending on the region.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us at homemod2025@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, resend, or refund as needed.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once your order has entered fulfillment, we’re unable to make changes. Don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order details.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at homemod2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

7. Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country's regulations, some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Local authorities determine these fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

8. How is your furniture packaged?

All furniture is securely packed to prevent damage in transit. Larger pieces may arrive in multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers.

9. Do you offer assembly services?

We don’t offer in-home assembly at this time. However, most of our furniture is designed for easy, tool-free setup, and each order includes clear assembly instructions.

10. How do I contact customer support?
